What ZAYNII is
ZAYNII is a local discovery platform: it helps find places that are open right now, and shows address, hours, services and reviews.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any actions taken under your account.
Reviews
A review must reflect your own experience. Insults, knowingly false claims, and advertising disguised as a review are not allowed. We may reject a review after reviewing a report against it.
Business management claim
A claim is reviewed manually by an administrator. Approval is not guaranteed and may be declined without explanation if the claim looks questionable.
Bookings
ZAYNII passes your booking request to the chosen business. The agreement to provide the service is between you and the business directly — ZAYNII is not a party to it. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by the business itself.
Accuracy of information
Hours, prices, services and description are entered by the business owner. ZAYNII does not guarantee they are fully up to date at every moment, though it does track the date they were last confirmed.
Not allowed
Automated scraping of the site, attempts to bypass rate limits, creating fake accounts, or inflating or ordering reviews.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". ZAYNII is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party businesses listed on the platform.

Updates are published here; the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
